Dr. Paige Holt’s ultimate goal is to serve you and make your experience a pleasant one. The collaborative effort of her entire team will stop at nothing to ensure that you feel comfortable and satisfied throughout your journey.
Our receptionist will greet you at the front desk. She will collect the basic information and health history sheet; we encourage you to complete your paperwork prior to your appointment for a smooth check-in process. You will also be shown to our beautiful reception area where videos and reading materials are available for your comfort; we have wonderful books with hundreds of patient photos that you are invited to look over.
Next, one of our clinic nurses will escort you to a consultation room. With your permission, she will take a picture of you for our medical records. Dr. Holt will then meet with you for a personal discussion of your cosmetic enhancement goals and desires, providing you with her best opinion as to which procedures fit your objective based on her years of experience as a plastic surgeon. Of course, patient before and after pictures are a great way to get an idea of surgical results, and she will provide you with this resource to help you see firsthand how she has worked to change other people’s lives, both male and female, through her years of medical experience.
The experience of the medical staff, interior design and location, the selection of staff and equipment, and the entire medical and surgical processes are constantly updated in order to optimize each patient’s surgical experience, safety, comfort and well-being. Skin care services, pre/post op special needs and wellness programs can also be discussed with our aesthetician in our MedSpa, Oasis Medical Spa and Wellness.
Meeting with your Patient Care Coordinator
After your medical appointment, our Patient Care Coordinator will meet with you and go over the cost of the proposed procedure and review with you our methods of payment: cash, check, credit cards, and financing plans. If you have a specific surgical or treatment date in mind, she will do her best to accommodate your schedule, or if you are only in the information-gathering phase, she will be happy to answer any and all of your questions.
